He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tulock and Sophie Tulock (Zaruski); his wife Jeanette Harris; and his son Delbert Jerome Tulock. He is survived by: his sister Josette Goralski (Roger); his children, Wendy McInteer, Sherree Gowen (Dan) and Dr. Joseph J. Tulock, II (Jessica); his girlfriend Angie Briggs; his partner's daughter Cindy Tumey (Ron); and his stepchildren, Jeremy Harris (Maranda), John Harris, Joni Gale (Roger), Julie Harris, Joseph Harris (Carmen), Jolene Carlton, Josh Harris and Jennifer Carman (Justin). He is also survived by 32 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
Face coverings and social distancing will be required at the church.
Memorial contributions are suggested to H & C Burnside Senior Center in Coldwater or St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
