He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Guerra and Matilda Guerra (Perez); and his brother Johnnie Guerra. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Guerra (Hamlin) of Coldwater; his children, Renee Guerra of Coldwater, Daniel Guerra (Latosha) of Hamilton, IN and Lena George (Jayson) of Adrian; his siblings, Maria Santander of Florida and Jesus Guerra of Texas; his grandchildren, Jazmin, Brandon, Kara, Austin, Michaela, Ethan, Gabriel, Danelle, Eriq and Noah; and his great grandchildren, Jiana, Declan, Greyson, Nolan, Liliana and Kinsley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
