He is survived by: his parents, Donald Streets and Charleen Streets (Folk); his wife Michele Streets; his children, Tyler Streets of Saginaw, MI and Kasey Streets of Denver, CO; his sister Vicki Lyon (Dan) of Phoenix, AZ; and his grandchildren, Leyton and Jude Streets.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Branch County Humane Society.
