He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Kemmer and Doris Kemmer (Steele). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kemmer of Coldwater; his children, Victoria Duda (Karl) of Coldwater, Michael Cunkle of Concord and Kurtis Cunkle (Alisha) of Coldwater; his brother Robert C. Kemmer (Janice) of Whitehouse, OH; his grandchildren, Violet Cunkle and Raylan Cunkle; his niece Amy Kemmer; and his nephew Robert Kemmer (Nicole).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hidden Horse Ponds Rescue.
