He is survived by: his father DeWayne Chatfield; his wife Amy Chatfield; his sons, Anthony Scott Chatfield of Coldwater and Tyler Austin Chatfield (Gabrielle Joy Stevens) of Coldwater; his siblings, DeWayne Dean Chatfield (Marsha) of Fort Wayne, Kimberly Sue Miller (Tom) of Fort Wayne and Cynthia Marie Newgent (Kevin) of Bradenton, FL; and his close friend Mike Cox.
