She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Thomas (Lucille) and Lucille Thomas (Stevens); her grandmother GiGi; and her husband Clinton C. Neusbaum. She is survived by: her children, Gary Neusbaum (Penny) of Coldwater, Craig Neusbaum (Chris) of Coldwater, Pamela Fischer of Virginia and Sally Hasty (Brian) of Tekonsha; her sisters, Kay Thomas of Coldwater and Ramona Luce; and her granddaughters, Lacy Jo Etchey and Jill Ann Hasty. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; 22 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great Great Grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
