He was predeceased by: his parents, John II and Vera Lewis II (Harper); and his brothers, John and Jerry Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Paula Stephens; his sons, Jason Lewis (Kathy) of Bay City, MI, Jimmy Lewis (Victoria Lindzy) of Las Vegas, NV, Joe Lewis of Coldwater and Jeff Lewis (Rachel) of DeFuniak, FL; his stepchildren, Angela Murray (Howie) of Plainfield, IL and Doug Toedte (Rachael) of Ft. Wayne, IN; and his pet Josie. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren, his many loving nieces and nephews.
