He is survived by: his wife Kala; his parents, Tom Haylett and Sharon Haylett of Coldwater; his siblings, Joshua Haylett (Valisha Laderach) of Angola, Jeremiah Haylett (Marylauren) of Addison, Joy Haylett (Brandon Ellison) of Concord and Jared Haylett (Allison Clemens) of Coldwater; his brother-in-law Andrew Johnson (Micayla) of Coldwater; his grandparents, Jake Haylett (Cora Jean) of Bronson and Joann Herman of Coldwater; his grandfathers-in-law, Marlynn Groholske of Leominster, Massachusetts and Lorraine Finnerman Johnson of Sturgis; his nieces, Alyssa Haylett Martin, Matilyn Cunningham and Kierstyn Johnson; and his nephew Jason Haylett Martin.
