He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Garman and Rolene Garman (Bower); and his brother-in-law Bill McCurley. He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth "Betty" Galloway; his children, Bethany Garman, Rebecca Garman of Coldwater, Cindy Weaver, Dick Bragg of Reading, Thad Weaver (Laura) of Hastings and Norma Weaver of Reading; his sibling David Garman (Mary) of Richmond, IN; his sister-in-law Nancy McLean of Newnan, GA; his grandchildren, Jason Weaver (Joy), Joshua Weaver, Jennafer Bragg, Shawn Herman and Brittany Bragg; and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Lacey, Drayton, Elora and Ethan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
