He was predeceased by: his children, Tennie McCowan, Ronnie McCowan and Roger McCowan. He is survived by: his children, Ricky McCowan, Doris Lyon (Richard) and Doreen Buckner (Dennis Mosley); his grandchildren, Michelle San Anton (Randy), Joe McCowan Nicholas (Kelley Wood), Corey McCowan, Bryce McCowan and Stacy Thompson (Eric); his great grandchildren, Nicholas Anton, Matthew San Anton, Ayla, Gabe and Corinth McCowan; his wife Gertrude Cline (Trudy); and his children, Debra Fish (Gerry), Patricia McBride (Robert) and Michael Merritt (Inge). He is also survived by his parents, four sisters and two brothers.
