He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Covey and Lillian Covey (D'Water); his former wives, Helen Fullington and Virginia Brown; his sons, Lloyd and Jackie Covey; his grandsons, Louis and James D. Covey; his sister Sylvia Greeg; and his stepsiblings, Tom, John Jenkins and LouEllen Cole.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hodge; his children, Ronda Wallen (Carlos) of Coldwater, James Covey (Wanda) of Coldwater, Douglas Covey (Thao) of San Diego, CA, David Covey and Vickie Conley (Ray) of Belding, MI; his stepsister Betty Mulkey; his stepson Gary Karn of Coldwater; and his pet Rascal. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; his many loving nieces and nephews.
