He was predeceased by: his parents, O. Raymond Howe and Martha Howe (Beck); his spouse Benta Lieng; and his grandson Dakota Smith. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Scharns (Al) of Battle Creek, Leslie Lamb of Springfield, Cheryl Kellogg (Mark) of DeWitt, Becky Smith (Larry) of Auburn, IN and Daniel Speaker, Jr. of Union City; and his brother Dave Howe (Sally) of Springfield, OH. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
