He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Milliman and Betty Milliman (Green); his pet Rosoe; his godson Avery Mueller-Michael; and his wife Clara Rogers.
He is survived by: his sister Pamelia of Coldwater; his former wives, Barbara Heiney and Michelle Estrada (Milliman) of Shallowater, TX; his granddaughters, Jordan and Brandi; his son Gary Proctor of Reading; his grandchildren, Emily, Katie and Peyton; his stepson Billy Rogers (Lynn) of Jackson; his goddaughter Honda Rebels; and his friend Tammie.
Face coverings and social distancing are required. Funeral and graveside services will be private.
