Leger-Moreno; his grandmother Marie M. Moreno of Houston, TX.; his grandson Liam J. Moreno; and his siblings, Craig A. Ortega, David A. Ortega, Grace M. Moreno, Dalila R. Moreno and Anthony T. Moreno. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
