With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Swanson of Coldwater, Michigan, who passed away on March 11, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cuyler VanValkenburg and Ethel VanValkenburg (Barnes); and her children, Melody Jones, Randy, David and Jeff Swanson.

She is survived by: her children, Richard "Rich" Swanson (Pamela) of Bronson, Robin "Rob" Swanson (Rosanna) of Litchfield and Kathryn Swanson of New Smyrna Beach, FL; and her daughter-in-law Laurie Swanson of Coldwater. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, many great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
