She was predeceased by: her parents, Elliott Thoms and Edna Thoms (McAtee); her husband Lauren D. Hinkley; her daughter Debra Hinkley; and her siblings, Eva Jane Puffer, Frederick Thoms and Charles Thoms.
She is survived by: her children, Janette Shell of Coldwater, Laura Howell (Thomas) and Steven Hinkley (Susan) of Traverse City; and her sister Marie Ann Wagner of Coldwater.
The family asks that memorial donations be made to a food bank of one's choice.
