He is survived by: his parents, Kristi Baker (Marc) of Leo, IN and Wyndell Gaff (Shelly) of Fort Wayne, IN; his daughter Maizie Jane Gaff; his stepdaughter Averie Rose; his grandparents, Terry, Jane Hamlin of Sarasota, FL and Patsy C. Gaff of Albion, IN; his half-sister Alexandra G. Saylor (Adam) of Fort Wayne, IN.; and also Heather Johnson.

Memorials may be made for his children's education fund in care of Jane Hamlin.
