She is survived by: her children, Lea Banks (Gary) of Cadillac, MI, David Stachowiak (Lou) of Beaverton, MI, Keith Stachowiak of Middletown, OH, Mary Wallace of Coldwater, Elizabeth Samuels (Owen) of South Bend, IN and Cynthia Johnston of San Francisco, CA; her siblings, Leslie Smith of Milwaukee, WI, Joseph Smith (Patti) of Evansville, IN, Diane Lynch (Richard) of Evansville, IN, Thomas Smith of Evansville, IN, Rhonda Bowling of Evansville, IN and Becky Bellinger (Steve) of Fremont, IN; and her close friend Saqer Damiri of Coldwater. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, her loving nieces and nephews.
