He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Louis and Ethel Louise Foley (Morris); his wife Patricia; and his children, Teresa Foley and Earl Foley.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Allen Foley (Lisa) of Battle Creek and Jeff Foley (Renee) of Coldwater. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, 11 greatgrandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
