She is survived by: her husband Jerry Wortz; her children, Jeremy Wortz (Laura) of Cedar Springs, MI and Candice Campbell of Coldwater; her grandchildren, Laura, Jeremiah, Olivia, Charles, John, Molly, Madelyn, Joseph and Ethan; her sister Gail Lemon; and her cousin Mary Smith.
