He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Rule and Louise Rule (Lyman); and his siblings, Linda Crook, Thomas, Roy Rule and Bill McCaw.
He is survived by: his wife Lore Ross; his sons, Chad Rule of Proctorville, OH, Tommy Rule (Jecca) of Coldwater and Steven Rule of Sneads Ferry, NC; and his brothers, Roger Rule of Corbin, KY and John McCaw (Nadene) of Texas. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and several loving nieces and nephews.
