She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sarah and Sam; her brother Jeff Culy (Kathy); her children, Jim Forrister (Debra) and Amy McCarthy (Bob); her sister-in-law Dorothy Martin (Tim); her mother Dorothy; her niece Tracie; and also, Laura Trojanowski (Tony), Alissa Persails (Mac), Shannon Reynolds (Tom), Alex Culy (Emily) and Don Dudek (Shelly). She is also survived by four grandchildren, one great grandson and twelve great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or donations, please give a child a book, read to them and encourage them to read every day.
