It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Forrister of Coldwater, Michigan, who passed away on August 6, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul R. Burch and Florence A. Burch (Kempster); her former husband Robert D. Forrister; and her stepparents, Buell S. Basset and Lillian A. Burch.
She is survived by: her husband Auto Supply; her children, Deborah A. Smith of Santa Maria, CA, Diane Hogan (John) of Rockford, MI, Robert Jay Forrister of Coldwater, Robin Ashton Jr. (George) of Jennison, MI and Sara Horn (Lewis) of Coldwater; her half-siblings, Karen Burch, Sharon Marchese, Kristine Campbell, Robert Burch and Douglas Burch; her stepbrother Dr. James Bassett; and her grandchildren, Trevor (Quentin Smith), Adam (Patrick Hogan), Brad, Kelly, Steven Ashton and Leah (Aaron Horn). She is also survived by four great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in her name to the American Lung Association or to the Cancer Association.
