She is survived by: her children, Beth Ann Perkins-Simmons (Gary) of Coldwater, MI, DawnLee Walton of Newnan, GA and Stephen Perkins (Marie) of Caldwell, ID; her grandchildren, Amanda Weyh (Dave), Ashley Cox (David), Jacob Simmons (Kelly), Michael DeYoung, Cameron Simmons, Madelyn Nordby-Moore (Alissa) and Trygave Nordby (Megan); her great grandchildren, Gavin, Graysen, Jamie, Elliott and Genevieve; and her pet Koco.
