It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Hartford of Coldwater, Michigan, who passed away on September 27, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin West and Ida West (Schultz); her former husband Burton Whalin, Sr.; her husband Floyd Hartford; her son Burton Whalin, Jr.; and her brother Robert West.

She is survived by: her daughter Jane Kelly of Coldwater; and her grandchildren, Brien Kelly (Danielle), Deb Hooppaw (John), Pam Hadley, Cindy Hadley, Jimmy Whalin (Kate), Donna Williams, Karen Penick and Betty Vasseur. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
