He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Blackman and Luba Blackman (Garber); his wife Janice M. Goody; his son Dennis; and his sister Ann Marie MacArthur.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Blackman of Coldwater, Pamela Blackman of Coldwater and Donald Blackman (Wendy) of Ypsilanti; and his sister Cheryl Blackman of Brewer. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
