He is survived by: his mother Barbara Akers (Collins); his wife Lorraine Koch (Hill); his children, Allie Koch (Grant Smith) of Columbus, OH, MacKenzie Koch (Chaz Callahan) of Coldwater, Dominick Akers (Macy Allman) of Quincy, Kylee Akers of Brighton and Brecken Akers of Coldwater; his stepfather Mike Trusty of Coldwater; his brother Ryan Akers of Coldwater; his mother-in-law Lois Hill of Coldwater; his nieces, Cheyenne, Sydney, Lily and Phoebe; and his nephew Noah.
