She was predeceased by: her father David Mills. She is survived by: her children, Edward D. Bozek (Nikki), Carla Lemanski (Chris) and Jacob Bozek (Rosa); her grandchildren, Aden, Jacob, Brooke, Eli, Avionne, Luke and Maddox; her mother Donnie Mills; her siblings, Greg, Keith, Lynn and Kirk; and her uncle Bob. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial tributes may be made to the Veterans Association – Wounded Warriors.
