He is survived by: his wife Dora Smith; his daughters, Kate Dunaj (Dave) and Bobbie Jo Waters-McTernan; his grandchildren, Dani, Isabel, Shamus and Isaac; and his siblings, Charles Waters (Dana), Thomas Waters and Andrew (Nadine). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
