She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert A. Phillips and Amelia W. Phillips; her great grandchild Aziya Ann Marie Walker; her brother Bill Phillips; and her nephew Shawn Phillips.
She is survived by: her significant other Jack; her daughters, Mary Clark (Troy), Heather McLane and Darlene Dresch (Scott); her grandchildren, Troy Walker, Sara Bortolini (William), Kate Nieman (Ashley), Kayla Clark, Amber Kleeves, Brooke Haack (Zachary), Jordyn Dresch, Nolan Dresch, Robie Webster (Mariah), Jennifer Lashbrook (Mark), April McFarlane, Haley Lozano (Terry), Jordyn Clark, Cameron Clark, Anna, Christina Thoen and Amber Duncan; her siblings, Gary Bert Phillips (Dawn), Chuck Phillips (Faye "Faith") and Sharon Varty (Richard); her sister-in-law Sheila Phillips; and her caregivers, Donna, Theresa, Kate and Amber. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
