She is survived by: her spouse Richard Lee Phillips; her son Anthony Murphy of Warren; her son-in-law Crystal Stout (Joel) of Clyde; her grandchildren, Jacob Murphy, Taylor Murphy (Broklyn), Amanda Murphy, Andrew Murphy and Lauren Murphy; her great grandchildren, Devin Murphy and Lilly Rodgers; her brother Dave Murphy (Dianne); and also, Christy Whitehead (Victor), Sue Davidson (Bill), Malinda McFadden (Chris Grabowski), Jenny Jenuwine and Peggy Lentz (Steve). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
