She was predeceased by: her parents, James McCulloch and Jean McCulloch; and her sister SueAnn Hayes. She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Brian Kelly (Ann), Mark Kelly (Rachel) and Jennifer Balaska (Joshua); her grandchildren, Jordan Kelly, Steven Kelly and Brett Balaska; her brother Donald McCulloch (Liz); her sisters-in-law, Ellen Kelly and Joanne Kozloff; and her close friends, Pat Riebrandt and Karen Clor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
