He was predeceased by: his sister Concetta J. Maynard. He is survived by: his parents, Jesse Maynard and Judith Maynard; his wife Patricia Maynard; his daughters, Breanna and Chantelle; the mother of his children Brenda Eichhorn; his stepsons, Jacob and Jeremiah Mayer; his grandchildren, Nathan, Lilly, Abigail, Liam, Jeremiah and Jaxston; his sisters, Debbie Badia and Cori Lamming; and his pet Remington.
