He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Carol Fischer (Raymond); his stepchildren, Michelle Fayed (Chuck), Michael Lukitsch (Madonna) and Todd Rosbury (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Kailie, Amanda, Chaz, Ava, Sophia and Wyatt; his sisters, Marjorie Tellenbach and Judy Corey (Vincent); and his sister-in-law Diane Burgoyne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurses Association or Blue Water Hospice.
