He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Foust and Velma Foust; and his grandson Joshua Ward. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Foust of Clyde Township; his children, Christine Ann Buckner (David) of South Carolina and David Lee Foust Jr. (Dawn) of Port Huron; his grandchildren, Jonathon Owen Alexander, Ruthann Marie Alexander, Jeffery Ward, Jacob Ward and Joel Ward; and his brother Dale Foust. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
