He was predeceased by: his parent Alpha Floyd Williams. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ann Kraft; his brother-in-law Jim Kraft; his sons, Carl Williams Jr. (Christina), Chris Williams (Jenny) and Craig Williams (Nicole); his grandchildren, Jasmine, Tyler, Kyle, Kegan, Brayden and Colton; his mother Mary Jane Williams; his siblings, Mary Nedela (Jim), Donna Mason (late Dan) and Bill Williams (Vicki); his godmother Martha Coleman; and his nephew Brian Kirkpatrick. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army and the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.Memorials may be made to the family.
