He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl and Laura Evans Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Diane Ramage; and his children, David Evans (Tammy) of Pennsylvania and Elizabeth McPhillips (Matt) of Kimball. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; two great granddaughters; three sisters; and two brothers.

Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the United States Army.Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
