He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Vandecar and Hattie Jane Vandecar; his son Neil Patrick; and his wife Carolyn Jean Pawlicki. He is survived by: his daughters, Eunice Vandecar, Rachel Alexander (Chris) and Sarah Vandecar; and his siblings, Mary Rae Seaman (Possible) and Greg Vandecar.
