It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred A. Frappier of Clio, Michigan, born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on June 12, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Tolfree and Agnes Tolfree (Street); and her husband Robert Frappier. She is survived by: her sons, John Frappier (Jeanne) and David Frappier; her grandchildren, Linda Koats-Wurth, Denise Frappier, Alexis (David), Welch and Anthony Frappier; and her siblings, George Tolfree, Vi Sugen (Henry), David Tolfree, Gerry Tolfree (Irene), Tom Tolfree (Kelly), Rocky Tolfree (Linda) and Gloria-May O'Brian. She is also survived by 13 Great grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren.
