He is survived by: his significant other Holly Frederick; his pets, Kona, Pickles and Tori; his children, Melonnie Eader (Doug), Jamey Leonard (Stefanie) and Chad Christian (Christy); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, David, Emily, Sarey, Jamey Jr., Jayke and Chad II. He is also survived by Several great grandchildren, and many loving friends.
