He is survived by: his wife Susan Amy; his children, Cindy Hess (Jeff), Tammy Stanley (Ryan) and Jeff Amy (Lexi); his grandchildren, Jarrett, John, Hunter, Jackson, Avory, Payton, Grace, Brody, Jace, Davis and Marcus; and his great grandchildren, Greyson and Benjamin.
