She was predeceased by: her parents, William Pruitt and Leona Pruitt (Covey); her husband Al Thompson; and her siblings, Faith Avila and Bill Pruitt.
She is survived by: her son Michael Pruitt of Lapeer; and her friend Jean Worden of Caro. She is also survived by 4 step-children; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
