He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Nickoloff and Elaine Nickoloff; and his brother Steve Nickoloff. He is survived by: his sister Susan Heiman; his children, Lisa Landis (David), Tara Schatzer (Jason) and Michael Nickoloff; and his grandchildren, Lauryn Gormaly, David Landis, Jr., Liam, Lyanna and Luna Schatzer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saints Charles and Helena Church (230 E Vienna St, Clio, MI 48420). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
