“I first met Fred at the University of Michigan Diag in '81. We struck up a conversation + went on a 3 hour walk + talk, ending up @UM Arb. We had many walks + talks together. I watched him meet the woman that became his wife + mother of his kids. We got busy w/other things in our lives + lost touch, I ended up in my hometown when my parents needed end of life help.
