Though Douglas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Douglas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Harder and Ruby Harder (Barrett); and his brother Ken Harder, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Dearinger; his children, Katie Brewer (Todd) and Ryan Harder; his granddaughter Shelby Albertson (Ryan); and his siblings, Ron Harder (Kathy), Bruce Harder (Cherie), Bryan Harder (Ruth) and Vicki Kik.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to Doug's wife, Cheryl, to assist with funeral and personal expenses.
