He is survived by: his wife Sheri Ketchum; his children, Justin (Amanda) and Melissa (Matt); his grandchildren, Danielle, Jaden, Jakson (Sidney), Madalyn, Isaac, Adaleigh, Paisley, Laila and Elleigh; his brothers, Brian and Kris; and his cousin Debbie Griffus.
