He was predeceased by: his father Charlie Walter; and his half-brother Darryl Dehmer. He is survived by: his wife Laurie; his mother Gladys Wagner (Spears) of Lexington, KY; his children, Sarah Copi (Douglas) of New Hudson, Rebekah Chimbira (Wilson) of Ann Arbor and Nicholas Wagner (Chrystal) of Oak Park; his sisters, Vonda Wilson (Robbie) of Stanford, KY and Janice Boggs (Stuart) of Lexington, KY; his half-brother Gary Dehmer; his grandchildren, Jonas Copi, Felix Copi and Charlie June Wagner; and his stepgranddaughter Sapphire Chimbira. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
