He is survived by: his wife Judith Fazio (Colburn); his children, Anne Fazio-Driscoll, Amy Ritchie (Jason) and Thomas Michael Fazio; his stepchild Jaime Mykeloff (Aaron); his grandchildren, Jack, Joey, Jenna Driscoll, Charlie, Sam Ritchie, Olivia Fazio, Noah, Ben and AnnaRose Mykeloff; and his siblings, Peter Fazio (Patti) and Marilyn Mueller (Fred). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
