He is survived by: his mother Beverly Woloszyk (Matousek); his wife Danielle Allen; his daughters, Hailey and Genevieve; his siblings, Michael Woloszyk, Janay Woodruff (Marlin) and Marlene Chauvin (Steve); his parents-in-law, Robert and Jeaninne Allen; and his brother-in-law James Allen (Emily). He is also survived by many aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
