He was predeceased by: his sons, Randy and Ricky; his brother Kenneth E. Grant (Caroline); and his stepsons, Rob Greenfield and "Chip" Greenfield.
He is survived by: his brother Marvin Rivers; his daughter Dian Lamia; his granddaughters, Melissa and Sue Ann; and his stepdaughter Cheryl. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
